CWR is a social skill and confidence building, empowerment program that provides immediate real-life application in an EXPERIENTIAL, supportive and trusted environment. Our audiences range from high school to those new(er) to the workplace who may be socially disadvantaged, underskilled, or re-entering the workforce after a long absence. Topics addressed include social clues and etiquette, workplace expectations, self- and other awareness, self-motivatation & satisfaction, diversity and inclusion, conflict management and more.
