To Really Know Yourself…

You must first understand who you are, what the influences are on your life, and why you think and act the way you do…It is difficult to understand the world and how to respond to it until you know yourself”.

~ Steadman Graham, Author

Certified Workplace Ready™(CWR) is a workforce development initiative focused on improving social/emotional and responsible decision-making skills for those new(er) to the workplace. The program includes cohort-style interactive and exploratory workshops, intersession assignments and applied behavioral coaching over  12 to 20 weeks.

Proven and practical intra- and interpersonal skill building tools and techniques deepen social and emotional awareness and effectiveness. Participants explore and develop their professional brand and create a life success map. The differentiator of this program series is the creation of a multipoint mentoring and support ecosystem over an extended period that builds confidence, clarity and self-selected resources as the foundation of the participants personal and professional network and support system.

Participants represent all genders, nationalities, ethnicities and races. With ages ranging from 16-60, a very substantial number of people are looking to work or are preparing for their next career step.
