Cynthia Ely

Officially trained and certified by Minding Manners through the prestigious International Etiquette and Protocol Academy of London, Miss Cynthia is a Certified International Youth Etiquette Consultant.

In the area of leadership development, Cynthia is certified to administer and debrief the:

  • Actualized Leadership Profile© which measure motive needs and leadership style.
  • ALP 360©, a multi-rater assessment that provides feedback to the participant on both perceptions of leadership style and the four competencies of emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Group Culture Profile© which measures the culture or “personality” of a work group, team or organization.

Miss Cynthia is a servant-leader who believes, “My purpose is to lead, educate, and transform, but above all, to serve where I am led to serve. I can think of no better way to live my life.” She currently serves as a board director on two corporate and two not-for-profit boards.

 Will Wallace

With over 25 years experience in organizational development & sustainability, leadership development & coaching, employee engagement & retention, organizational analysis, and quality assurance, Will Wallace has worked in multiple sectors and industries including projects for Fortune 100 companies including AT&T and Verizon, as well as Dicks’ Sporting Goods, University of Rochester, NOVA Southeastern University, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Jordan Health Group, and Paychex to name a few. He has worked directly for companies including Disney, Marriott International, MAXIMUS International on the New York State’s Department of Health project, and DHL Express US, a Deustche Post Group company.
Will has also gained a well-rounded education in his field of passion, earning a Master of Science in Organizational Learning and Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida; Will has also worked on an Industrial Organizational Psychology Doctorate, which is temporarily on hold as he completes a Labor and Employment Law degree from Tulane University Law School.
Will is currently a strategic advisory board member for LifeGuides, PBC. He is a member of the Association for Talent Development, serving as the Rochester Chapter Executive Advisory Board Leader and Past President, a Rochester Chapter Board Member for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, a Diversity and Inclusion Council Member for the Project Management Institute of Rochester, a founding co-leader for DisruptHR Rochester, a past Board Member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology. He also sits on other boards and does volunteer work in areas related to disadvantaged workforce readiness and prosperity projects, LGBTQ issues, Cancer, Alzheimer’s, and homeless children advocacy.
Will now harnesses that experience and education to deliver Executive Coaching, Culture Transformation, Leadership Development and Inclusive Workplace initiatives. His work promotes a company culture where all employees and customers are fully engaged and contribute to organizational sustainability through their strengths and talents. He teaches leaders and companies how to foster an environment where human interest, moral and ethical values, and lasting relationships can grow and prosper.
Will thrives on helping others and deeply understands that the ramp-up process is designed to empower teams and outfit them with the tools they need to succeed. Will has supported various clients in different industries to help them transform, grow, develop talent for the future state, limit their turnover, and put companies on a solid track to success and profit.

Dr. Stanley Byrd

Dr. Byrd currently serves as the part-time Director for Experiential Learning at the Simon Business School.

Stanley’s broad background includes consultancy, service to organizations, and healthcare throughout the greater Rochester area, including leadership coaching, HR management, staff training and development, organizational development, diversity, and cultural competence program development.

For more than 25 years, Dr. Byrd has been associated with the National Coalition Building Institute [www.NCBI.org] in trainer, consultant, and board member roles. The National Coalition Building Institute is an international leadership organization that provides Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training in community organizations, K-12 schools, college and university campuses, corporations, and law enforcement.

Stanley earned his professional coach certification through the University of Rochester’s Warner School and Ramerman Leadership Group’s Leadership Coaching Collaborative. Stanley is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation [ICF].

Dr. Byrd serves as the Vice President for Administration for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources [NAAHR] and Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Rochester Association of Talent Development (ROC-ATD). He is a board member for the SUNY/Brockport Community Advisory Board.

Dr. Byrd is a graduate of St. John Fisher College, where he earned a doctorate degree in Executive Leadership.

Barb Glassman

 After having navigated the corporate world, Barb applied her experience and tenacity by establishing several small businesses in Rochester, NY.  Her primary focus was on the development of a strategic direction and problem solving to capture top line growth, and has spent the last decade centered on humanizing the workplace.

Barb began her career as the first female graduate of the Electrical Engineering Technology curriculum at the State University of New York at Alfred. Barb was set on a fast track as her technical career evolved into adult education, channel and internal sales and marketing. Concurrently, Barb worked behind the scenes at G-FORCE Collaborations, a marketing communications firm. In 2004, Barb became a Co-Founder and VP of Complemar Partners, an e-commerce and fulfillment company. In this role, she was instrumental in the purchasing and transitioning of assets from a Chapter 7 company, CPI Business Groups, that became profitable in less than a year.

Since 2005, Barb has been President and CEO and launched the talent development division of G-FORCE. Over the years Barb has gathered a team of accomplished coaches and consultants that develop focused, relatable and energized professionals, teams and organizations. Specific offerings include: Creating a Conscious Organization, Leading Transformational Change, Practical Leadership and Emotional Intelligence AT WORK.

Barb is a co-founder of DisruptHR Rochester, a founding board member of Conscious Capitalism Rochester and is active in several prosperity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives today.
